On Sunday November 11, 2019  Brother George Karatzia and Robert Fourniadis, Chairman and Vice Chairman of the AHEPA Service Dogs for Warriors (ASDW), were hosted by the James Plevritis – Joseph C. Keane AHEPA Chapter 405, of New Rochelle at a Veterans Day commemoration at Holy Trinity Church. The Brothers of   Chapter 405 presented ASDW with a check for $15,000    to sponsor a service dog in honor of their outgoing President  Joseph  Keane, who has served his chapter as president for 27 years. The Ladies Philoptochos Chapter of Holy Trinity also contributed to the fundraising to  sponsor the service dog, who will be named Keane  in honor of Brother Joseph.
